Apple Spring Event 2022 | iPhone SE 2022 | iPad air m1 | M1 Ultra | Mac Studio | Studio Display

In the Spring Apple Event yesterday, they came up with many exciting things. Generally, when an Apple event takes place, people usually get an idea of what will happen and what is coming in the future. Basically, if a company is launching a new product, they generally release a teaser about that product or give some leaks about it. The Apple Event was such a surprising event for everyone because, publicly, no information was provided about it. Only a few bits and pieces were there, which made the event surprising. A few things were expected from the event, like the upgrade of the iPhone SE, but there were more unexpected things.

New iPhone SE 5G

Apple has presented this phone as a special edition device if we see iPhone SE. Well, Apple is such a company that can take an 8-year-old design and makes it work in 2022. They have taken the same old design from the old iPhone SE and changed the internal Chip, they changed the old front and rear glasses with ceramic shield, introduced A15 Chip in it, and the New iPhone SE 5G is ready for the current market. Apple has taken the Old iPhone SE's design, made some internal changes, and made the New iPhone SE 5G. A15 Bionic Chip, Portrait mode, Portrait Lighting, Photographic style technology like T-fusion, Smart HDR 4, a bigger battery, and Sub-6 GHz are additionally added. This is the only iPhone in 2022 that has a Touch ID into it. You get to see an IP rating in it.

iPhone SE 3 2022 India

They have made some hardware changes to it and some software changes, and they have provided the box IOS 15. The price is always kept on the higher side because of the traditional apple fashion. The base model is priced at Rs 43,900, which comes with 64 GB storage, and the top-end variant is priced at Rs 58,900, which has 256 GB storage. The iPhone SE might work out for the people who want a compact-sized entry-level phone, Apple.

New iPad Air 5G

Apple iPad Air M1 5G

In the New iPad Air, Apple has improved its selfie camera, and with this, Apple has introduced M1 Chip in it. Well, this is a huge thing, as iPad Air's base model in India costs around Rs 54,000 with 64 GB storage. This is the most affordable product with the M1Chipp in it. One constraint is there, the software of the iPad Air is not doing the proper utilization of the M1Chipp till now, but possibly in the future, it might the M1Chipp in a better way. It seems like the difference between the iPad Air and M1 iPad Pro is reduced a lot. It might happen that people will go for iPad Pro just because of the Mini-LED, and now people might start going for iPad Air because of the M1Chipp. Already M1 Chip had significantly fewer competitors in the market, and if they bring M1 Chip in this price range, then M1 might get to see considerably less competition in the tablet category. If a user needs a sound chip, a good software experience, and does all his tasks on the iPad, this might be a great deal for them. Apple didn't make any significant improvements like Mini-LED, higher refresh rate. Those are still with the iPad Pro. 5G has been introduced in iPad Air, but the cellular version will cost more than the non-cellular version. Apple Pencil 2 and magic keyboard support are there, the speed of transferring data of the USB C port has been made 2x. Maybe the data processing speed has increased because of the M1Chipp. With all that, it has a 12 MP ultra-wide stage. It also comes with a new iPad OS, 24-hour battery life, truetone display. However, you will not be getting any face ID, but you'll get to see a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the power button, and you get a liquid retina display, and a new purple color variant has come.

M1 Ultra

Apple M1 Ultra Processor

So M1 Ultra was the most surprising factor about the Apple Event. They didn't give any teaser or leaks about their Apple Silicon. Earlier Apple has launched M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max, but now they have launched M1 Ultra also. The unique thing about M1 Ultra is that Apple took 2 M1 Max chips and fused them together. For those who might not know, M1 Max is a massive chip with many transistors, and they faced many difficulties in installing thisChipp in their laptops, and heating and more power consumption were also there. Because of these things, M1 Pro was said to be suitable for Laptops, and M1 Max was said to be desktop level. So Apple has combined 2 M1 Max chips and made their super monster chip M1 Ultra. M1 Ultra comes with many features, like a 20 Core CPU, with 16 high-performance CPUs and 4 efficiency cores. It is made of directly taking power from desktop-grade computers and running on battery power. With all these, a 64 Core GPU has been used in it. M1 Ultra is a desktop-level CPU, and it is directly competing with the latest Intel 12th Gen Processor and AMD processors. M1 Ultra contains 140 Billion transistors, which is more than any desktop chip available in the market. It comes with 128 GB unified memory. Unified memory means 128 GB will be used for both Graphics and RAM, and it will be directly connected with the M1 Ultra Chip. So the data access will be pretty fast here.

Mac Studio

Apple Mac Studio Mini PC

For running the M1 Ultra, Apple has launched the all New Mac Studio. Mac Studio comes with many ports, including USB Type-A ports, Ethernet ports, thunderbolt ports. The M1 Mac Studio starts from around Rs 1.5 Lacs and goes up to Rs 4 Lacs. This proves exactly how powerful a Mac Studio is, and the top-end variant of the Mac Studio can beat the Mac Pro. So Apple has made a powerful device for the users like a designer, software developer, data processing, etc. Basically, this machine is made for professional users whose time is valuable.

Apple Studio Display

Apple Studio Display Launched

Apple has also launched its Apple Studio Display. The display is similar to the iMac, but inside they have installed an A13 Chip. It has its own processor, a 12 MP webcam, built-in speaker, etc.

These are the few things that Apple has announced in their Apple Event. Now time will say what will happen.
